1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or booking portal (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Boozer Property Development LLC provides land clearing, tree removal, and yard cleanup services (the “Services”). All Services are provided subject to availability and acceptance of your booking request.

3. Booking & Estimates

Free Estimate: You may request a free, no-obligation estimate via boozerpropertydevelopment.com/booking or by calling 813-576-1600.
Approval: Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change if scope or site conditions differ from initial assessment.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: Final pricing is based on the agreed scope of work.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of Services. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and checks.
Late Payment: Balances unpaid after 30 days incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 25% of the estimated job value.

6. SMS/MMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and marketing messages (SMS/MMS & email). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance; or contact support@boozerpropertydevelopment.com.

7. Site Access & Safety

You agree to grant our crew safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Boozer Property Development LLC is not liable for damage to utilities or underground items not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work.

8. Liability Limitations

Disclaimer: We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Services except as expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, FL.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Effective Date” will be updated at the top.
